These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Vosiro, a product of SIXJ, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vosiro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vosiro is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Vosiro is a tool for keeping your own receipts and purchase records. It provides:
You are responsible for the receipts you add and for checking the details the App reads.
Details read from receipts, suggested categories, links between returns and purchases, duplicate warnings, report totals and answers to questions are produced automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. The original receipt image is kept so you can check them.
Warranty and return dates are the dates you enter or accept in the App. Reminders are a convenience and may not be delivered, for example if notifications are turned off. The seller's or manufacturer's own terms always decide what you are entitled to.
Nothing in the App is tax, legal, or accounting advice. Reports and exports are records of the data you keep; they are not a substitute for professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on them for tax or legal purposes.
Your receipts and ledger are stored on your device. We do not collect them and cannot access them; see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping backups. Backups are encrypted with a passphrase you choose and, if you turn it on, a recovery key. We cannot recover a forgotten backup passphrase or a lost recovery key, and without them your backup cannot be opened. If you choose to keep original receipts (photos or PDFs) on your device for a limited time, older originals are kept only in your backup folder; if that folder is deleted or lost, those originals cannot be restored.
Vosiro and all content, features, and functionality within the App, including the software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by SIXJ, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law. This license ends automatically if you violate these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIXJ, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to misread receipts, lost or unrecoverable data or backups, missed reminders, denied returns or warranty claims, or any tax, financial, or legal consequences of relying on data in the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that receipt reading, reminders, backups or restores will always be complete or accurate.
Vosiro is free to download, and every feature is available for free for up to 10 receipts. Reaching that limit never locks, hides or removes your receipts: you can always view, edit, search, sync, back up, restore, export and delete them. Adding more receipts requires Vosiro Pro.
Vosiro Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that removes the receipt limit. It costs $14.99 (US) per year, or the equivalent price shown in the App Store in your country, and gives one year of access per payment.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms and Apple's agreement conflict about your rights in the App as purchased through the App Store, Apple's agreement applies to that extent.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always available on vosiro.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SIXJ, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
